• Motorcycle Application Fee: $5.
  

  This fee must be paid before you take the Washington motorcycle written test.

• Motorcycle Endorsement Fee: $25.
  

  This includes the $5 motorcycle application fee paid when taking the Washington State motorcycle written test, a $10 fee to create the motorcycle license, and a $10 motorcycle endorsement fee.

• Motorcycle Endorsement Renewal Fee: $25.
  The motorcycle endorsement Renewal fee is paid in addition to the regular driver license renewal fee.
